Activities contributing to the design and development of new products, solutions and systems. Includes activities linked to new concept design of components. Responsible for departmental operations and for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.   Roles and Responsibilities - Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements. - Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline.
