The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in aircraft maintenance and repair, with additional experience with Airbus A220 aircraft being highly advantageous. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is committed to safety and excellence in the field of aviation maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine aircraft maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable FAA regulations and company policies.
- Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to enhance safety and efficiency.
- Provide mentorship to junior mechanics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Experience with Airbus A220 aircraft is an added benefit.
- Strong understanding of aviation safety standards and operational procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
